Dick Babcock is well known in the funeral industry for his creative support of the independent. Working in this business for over a decade, helping literally hundreds of funeral homes of all sizes, Babcock is a driving force for positive change in this industry. Dick is currently president of IFP. His experience is available to all member firms, often without charge.

Frank Rosenacker, Funeral Director/Attorney, Frank has spent the last thirteen years helping independents remain independent. His firm, Rosenacker & Associates, located in Cincinnati, has provided succession planning, tax and estate planning, and administrative support to funeral homes throughout the country. Rosenacker has also served as a past president of Trust 100. Frank is a dedicated professional who brings significant energy and skill to IFP. His dedication to helping independent firms prosper is unchallenged.

Teresa Knox originally helped develop the IFP program as its Director of Administration. More recently, Teresa has been directly supporting independent funeral homes in several states with marketing help and staff education. She has always been instrumental in planning and strategic decision-making. Her background includes strong funeral home marketing support, training, providing funeral directors with Continuing Education, as well as skills in human resource and administrative program development. Teresa brings pragmatic solutions for today's business challenges.
